     As founding and managing member of CDS, Dan brings more than 18 years of professional, international fund raising experience for churches, private schools, multi-church programs and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to creating CDS in 1993, Dan was employed as a fund raising consultant for two different firms. The other principals include:

Tom Diehl
     Tom is also a founding member who brings more than 22 years of professional, international fund raising experience. As well as church fund raising, Tom has extensive experience in multi-church programs and not-for-profit organizations. Like Dan, Tom also worked for two different fund raising firms before creating CDS.

     Your printed message creates a lasting impression among your donors and prospective donors. Image is probably the most critical element in the design of your group's development materials.
